- How many passengers can you take? Up to 11 people. Larger groups can be arranged with advanced notice.
- Do you offer fixed pricing? Yes. Our winery tours are charged as a fixed price per bus, not per person. Most groups spend between $690 to $850 depending upon the itinerary, distance and timing. Tastings and meals are paid directly to the venues (perfect for those that don't want to be locked in to a pre-set packaged option and would like choice on the day). We can organise the bookings for you if needed.
- Can we drink on the bus? Yes, responsible BYO is allowed. Cans only (no glass), and no red wine on-board.
- Can we play our own music? Absolutely. You're welcome to connect your phone and set the vibe for the day.
- Do you service all of Melbourne? Yes, we offer pickup from any suburb across Melbourne. If you're outside the metro area, let us know and we'll confirm availability.
- Do you offer flexible winery tour options? We do. Our tours are completely flexible. You can choose the wineries, breweries or restaurants you'd like to visit, and we can help organise tastings and lunch bookings if needed. We tailor the day to your group's pace, preferences and budget. For example, you could organise a BYO picnic style day or stop in at one of the local pubs/hotels for a bistro type meal if preferred.
