- How many passengers can you take? Up to 11 people on each bus. We have two buses available.
- Do you offer fixed pricing? Yes. All of our prices are upfront. Food and/or winery tasting prices depend upon the wineries and venues you visit and can be tailored according to your preferred style and budget. For example, winery tastings vary between $10-$25+ pp.
- Per person pricing is based on a minimum group size of 8 people.
- Can we drink on the bus? Yes, responsible consumption is allowed for BYO only. No glass bottles. Cans only.
- Can we play our own music? Absolutely. We encourage you to create the perfect vibe and have some fun along the way.
- Do you book wineries for us? Yes, we can do this for you and encourage you to book early for peak periods.
- Do you service all of Melbourne? Yes, we pick up from any suburb.
- How much would a typical winery tour cost with lunch and tastings? For 8 people to the Yarra Valley, the price would be in the range of $140-$190pp including private door-to-door transport, 3 x winery tastings and lunch (prices vary based on the winery and type of lunch you would like). If you'd like to spend less, we can take you to a pub style lunch in one of the nearby towns that may be more cost effective, or you could organise a BYO picnic style day out. If you'd like us to put together a full itinerary for you, we'd be happy to help you plan a fantastic day out that also includes lots of flexibility.
