Pricing Options

Transport Only - from $690 per minibus

Includes private minibus (seats up to 11 passengers), professional driver, itinerary support and pickup within 40km of Melbourne GPO. Tastings and meals are organised and paid directly to the venues, however we can help coordinate this if required. Transport only is a budget friendly option when the group already has its own plan for the day.


All‑Inclusive Package - from $175 per person (price based on 10 passengers)

Includes tastings at three wineries and a winery lunch stop. Perfect for groups wanting a simple, all‑in option where we take care of the entire day. If you'd prefer a cheaper up-front cost option, we can replace a winery tasting with an alternative stop (i.e. Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, a local brewery or hotel/pub).

Transport only is ideal if you already have certain venues in mind and prefer to pay them directly. All‑inclusive is best if you want everything organised in advance with one simple price.

  5. What is the $690 Autumn/Winter Special? This offer applies to private group Yarra Valley tours between 14 April and 31 August 2026. Up to 11 passengers. Includes full day transport-only from pickup locations within 40km of Melbourne GPO. You can choose your own stops and pay-as-you-go at each venue. Contact us if you’re outside the pickup boundary or would like to visit other regions (i.e. Mornington Peninsula, Daylesford, Geelong etc).
  6. Can we drink on the bus? Yes, responsible BYO is allowed. Cans only (no glass), and no red wine on-board.
  7. Can we play our own music? Absolutely. You're welcome to connect your phone and set the vibe for the day.
  8. Do you service all of Melbourne? Yes, we offer pickup from any suburb across Melbourne. If you're outside the metro area, let us know and we'll confirm availability and whether there's any additional charge.
  9. Can we choose the wineries we visit? For our transport-only option, absolutely. Tell us where you'd like to go.
  10. Do you organise tasting and lunch bookings? Yes, for the All-Inclusive option.
