A Message from our Founder
Ticket 2 Ride began after a year that changed my life. In 2022, I lost my Nan, my dog, and my brother... three losses that reshaped everything I thought I knew about time, family, and what truly matters. In the quiet that followed, one thing became clear. Life is made of moments, and older people deserve more of them.
My Nan always found joy in a scenic drive, a day out, a chat, a laugh. In the lead up to her passing, where she had to spend many months in hospital, I realised how many seniors no longer get those moments. How many feel isolated (she told me that). How many miss variety, connection, and the feeling of being seen.
Ticket 2 Ride was created to change that.
I started this company with one mission: to create happiness for older people. Every time I help someone into the bus, every time I choose a scenic detour, every time I see a smile in the rear‑view mirror, I’m honouring my Nan, and everyone like her.
Our mission guides every route, every experience. Older people deserve days worth remembering. And we’re here to create them. One trip at a time.
